President will visit and worship at Sankat Mochan and Taradevi temple
President Draupadi Murmu will visit Himachal from 4 to 8 May. On the 6th, the President will attend the convocation ceremony of Central University, Dharamshala. Will offer prayers at Sankat Mochan and Taradevi temples on the 7th morning. In the afternoon, she will take a walk on Mallroad and Ridge grounds. There is a plan to go to the Gaiety Theater in the evening. For the first time, a dinner will be organized by the President at Raj Bhavan on May 7.
The President will return to Delhi on the 8th.
The Chief Secretary instructed all the departments to complete the preparations on time. On the 4th, Governor Shivpratap Shukla will receive the President at Jubbarhatti Airport. The convoy of vehicles of the President will reach the President’s residence at Chharabra via road from the airport.
