A major road accident has occurred in Ani area of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Many people have been injured after a private bus full of passengers fell into a deep gorge. The driver has died in the accident. According to the information, a private bus (NPT) was going to Karsog on Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, at around 11:30 in the morning, the bus fell into a deep ditch near Shakelad on the Swad-Nigan road. There was hue and cry at the spot after the accident.
The accident was so terrible that the bus was blown to pieces. It is being told that 25 people were traveling in the bus during the accident.
As soon as the information was received, the police team also left for the spot. Relief and rescue work is going on at the incident site. After the accident, local people reached the spot and started the rescue operation. Also informed the police. Along with the police, the administration team has also reached the spot. DC Kullu Torul S Ravish said the bus driver died at the accident site. The passengers have been taken to the hospital for first aid. Our team is on the spot. The injured said that the accident occurred due to the breaking of the bus belt. After the belt broke, the bus went out of control and fell into the ditch.
