Faculty of Management Sciences , Shoolini University organised a one day research seminar on Idea Generation to Publication: Content Collaboration and Publish (2CP) yesterday. Professor Elzbieta Kubinska from Poland and Professor Mandeep Kaur Mahendru from India delivered the talk for the faculty and scholars of the Shoolini University.
The session started with welcome note by Prof. Saurabh Kulshrestha, Dean Research and Development Shoolini University he talked about the Research Journey of Shoolini University.
Prof. Kuldeep Rojhe, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences welcomed the speakers with the importance of research, intra and inter collaborations between universities across the region.
He highlighted the achievements of Faculty of Management Sciences’ research efforts in the area of Management Sciences, Sustainable Development Goals etc.
The seminar was delivered by Professor Elzbieta Kubinska from Cracow University of Economics, Poland. She is the Head of the Department of Risk Management and Insurance since 2021, and as Director of the Institute of Finance since 2020.
Professor Mandeep Kaur Mahendru an Adjunct Professor at the ICFAI Business School (IBS, Gurugram) and Visiting faculty at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
Prof. Mandeep discussed about the content, collaboration and finally, the publication of research articles. She discussed in depth of the journey of an article from the stage of submission to publication and shared her thoughts, on how to write the content, how to build international collaborations and key parts of submission of an article such as Cover Letter, Referencing and choosing of an appropriate title.
Professor Elzbieta Kubinska from Cracow University of Economics, Poland took the audience through her journey of research from being a research scholar and becoming a renowned author in the field of risk management, and real analysis of mathematics. She also stressed on the need of collaborations for productive research. She also expressed the interest of exchanging of young scholars and faculty between Cracow University of Economics and Shoolini University.
