Shimla, October 23. Rohit of Panipat defeated Bhupendra Singh of Dhami to win the Badi Mali title at the district-level Dussehra fair in Junga. Rohit, the winner of the Badi Mali, was awarded a cash prize of 31,000 rupees, while runner-up Bhupendra Singh was awarded 21,000 rupees.
In the Chhoti Mali wrestling competition, Dharmendra of Vasni defeated Ajay of Naina Tikkar to win. Dharmendra, the winner of Chhoti Mali, received a cash prize of 11,000 rupees, while the runner-up, Ajay, received 10,000 rupees.
Fair Officer and Tehsildar Kartikeya Sharma stated that a Kabaddi competition was also held during the Dussehra fair, in which a total of eight teams participated. In the final match, Junga Warriors defeated Junga Sports Club to emerge victorious. The winning team received a cash prize of 21,000 rupees, while the runner-up, Junga Sports Club, received 11,000 rupees.
Kartikeya Sharma stated that the district-level Dussehra fair in Junga concluded peacefully.
