Sacred Heart Convent School, Dhali, hosted its primary school annual festival, “Bharat Darshan: A Cultural Journey.” Dr. Hitanshu Manta was the chief guest. The annual festival began with the lighting of the five lamps. A prayer dance was followed by the reading of the school’s annual report.


Dances from various states of India were presented through an engaging play directed by Himanshi Nath. Folk dances from Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Goa, and Maharashtra were presented. The young students looked stunning in colorful costumes from various states. The dance performance was a delightful experience, offering a glimpse of India as a whole. The chief guest and parents praised Principal Sister Grace, the teachers, and the students. The annual festival was a great success and purposeful.
