Nixon said failure and success are life-long journeys, positive thinking and hard work can tackle such challenges like Covid-19

The basic foundation of success in life is strong will power and positive thinking. The one who molds this mantra into practice is successful in every field and can easily overcome challenges like covid -19 and get ahead in life. This is a message of Nixon Joseph, the president of State Bank of India to the students of APG Shimla varsity here on 3rd September in a virtual student orientation program.
As a Chief Guest, Joseph motivated the students to go ahead in life with rending out challenges you face.
He taught the students how to live in difficult conditions through video-conferencing. Vice Chancellor of APG Shimla University, Prof. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Chaudhary, while introducing Nixon Joseph, addressed the students that Joseph have motivational message for the students of Shimla University from Nixon’s struggle as Joseph had participated in 37 marathons and became a successful social banker. Joseph taught and motivated all students how to face tough situations how to get ahead in life during this orientation program.
Addressing the students, Nixon Joseph said, “Challenges are the part of life and anyone who has learned how to fight these challenges always wins in life.” Nixon said that covid -19 is also a challenge in life which can be won easily by engaging, positive thinking, sharing positive thoughts with others, hard work and sports, but you don’t have to stop and travel all the way to the destination.
Banker Nixon Joseph also shared his successes and life experiences with the students. He also gave the mantra to move ahead in life by connecting the youth through banking, how over come difficult situations.
Nixon urged the students to come forward to inspire people towards the right direction through digital information for community development. He said that he was not a professional athlete, though he went ahead by deciding to participate in SBI’s marathon race at the age of middle age and still completed the full marathon.
“The students must learn from the circumstances of life that how to move forward in life, you must also have passion and positive thinking”, Nixon added.
Joseph said that he has been awarded with the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award and Dr. Kalam Memorial Ignited Mind Award for his outstanding public service in banking, hard work and positive thinking for social economic development.
Nixon also encouraged the students to join SBI’s ‘Youth for India Fellowship’ program to become partners to work on rural development projects for which one hundred youth are selected for it every year.
VC Prof. Ramesh Kumar Chaudhary thanked the banker Nixon Joseph for guiding students. During this third orientation program, APG Shimla University teacher, Dean Prof. Kuldeep Kumar, Dean Journalism Prof. Ramesh Kumar Chauhan, Dean Engineering Prof. Anand Mohan, Dr. Anjali Sharma, Assistant Prof.Stuti Pandit and University Registrar Dr. R.K. Kayastha were also present.
