Shoolini University welcomed 67 students from Government High School Dharja for a visit to its campus. As part of its mission to disseminate knowledge to nearby schools, the Yogananda Knowledge Centre (YKC), the university’s library, initiated a project to acquaint school children with its facilities and guide them on how to make the best use of its resources.
The students, ranging from 6th to 10th grade, were filled with excitement as they not only had the opportunity to visit various galleries and also took diligent notes on the contributions made by eminent personalities. Led by the headmistress, teachers, students, and librarians, the group explored Shoolini University’s various galleries, the library and the university’s research laboratories.
The students were particularly delighted to discover the exceptional facilities available to them, including a dedicated Children’s Book Section.
Assistant Prof Harsha Thakur complimented
the headmistress, Ms. Anju Gupta, for inspiring the students to explore the world of books and for granting them this enriching opportunity to visit the Shoolini University Gallery and Yogananda Knowledge Centre.
