In view of the Lok Sabha elections-2024, a meeting of the Screening Committee of Licensed Arms was organized here today under the chairmanship of District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Solan Manmohan Sharma.
In the meeting, various aspects related to depositing arms/weapons etc. of various license holders were reviewed in order to conduct the Lok Sabha election process in a free and fair manner and to maintain law and order.
On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Solan Gaurav Singh, Tehsildar Election Usha Chauhan, Naib Tehsildar Diwan Singh Tomar along with concerned officers and Superintendent of Police Baddi Ilma Afroz were present through virtual medium.
