Belletristic Shoolini Literature Society held a discussion on “Defining and Understanding the SUCCESS Paradigm” on Friday.
The key speakers of the sessions were Llene Magalona from the Philippines and Zainul Mukhtar from Malaysia. Zainul Mukhtar has been a performance coach and a training and human resource development specialist for more than thirty years. Ilene Magalona specializes in customer service, sales and marketing, image building and team dynamics. The session was opened by Prof. Manju Jaidka who also introduced the speakers to the audience.
The speakers talked about the concept of failure and success, what success means, and how one can ward off any obstacles, impediments and dejection while on the path of success. They conducted the session through stories, anecdotes and personal examples which kept the audience involved and interested.
Prof. Tej Nath Dhar, Prof. Nasser, Dr. Purnima Bali, Dr. Navreet Sahi, Mr. Hemant Sharma and Mr. Neeraj Pizar also contributed to the discussion.
