Snowfall has become deadly in Sarain village of Chaupal, Shimla district subdivision of Himachal Pradesh. Here a woman has died after slipping on snow that had fallen in the courtyard of her house three days ago.
According to the information, when the woman came out of her room in the morning and reached the courtyard, there was frozen snow on top of which suddenly her foot slipped and she fell into the field adjacent to the courtyard. The woman suffered serious injuries after the fall. After which the family brought him to Chaupal Hospital for treatment. Where during treatment the doctors declared her dead.
The deceased woman has been identified as Bimala Devi (50), wife of Shyam Dutt, resident of Sarain. Chaupal Police is taking action in this case under Section 194 BNS.
According to Chaupal police, the family members of the deceased woman has not expressed any doubt regarding this incident and prima facie the accident occurred due to fall. After the completion of the post-mortem process, the body will be handed over to the relatives.
