Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences and Government Degree College Solan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to encourage academic partnership.
The MOU was signed by Prof. P.K. Khosla, Chancellor of Shoolini University and Dr. Rita Sharma, Principal of Government Degree College, Solan.
As part of this MOU, sessions on intellectual property and its rights will be held at the associated institutions and in other educational fields.
The MOU also allows for educational use of Shoolini’s cutting-edge infrastructure, such as the Yogananda Library and Laboratories. Government College Solan will receive ten guest I-cards for offline access to the library. Providing internship opportunities for students from affiliated institutions at Shoolini University. Strengthening students’ paths to higher education at affiliated institutions by providing opportunities for online degrees. This MOU will also allow Government College Solan faculty to act as co-guides and provide collaborative research work. Mutual cooperation in the organization of conferences, workshops, and seminars; hosting educational excursions at Shoolini University; and participation in Shoolini’s programmes and activities.
Providing students with professional training through Shoolini’s SPRINT program for 1-2 days and looking for apprenticeships for college students at Shoolini University. Career guidance and counseling will be provided. In addition, Shoolini will give preference to the students of Government College Solan while admitting students to various programmes.
