Shoolini University is set to host the Inaugural Himalayan Summit on September 20 and 21, to transform leadership development and coaching in India.
The summit will bring together global leaders, senior academicians, and industry experts, aiming to establish new standards for integrating coaching within corporate and academic spheres.
The summit will feature 30 distinguished speakers from the fields of coaching, academia, and industry, including 10 global C-suite executives recognized for their leadership across various sectors. Notable speakers include General VP Malik, former Chief of the Indian Army; Ms. Magdalena Nowicka Mook, CEO of the International Coaching Federation; and mr. Prem Singh, President of the National HRD Network (NHRDN).
Prof. Atul Khosla, Vice-Chancellor Shoolini University, emphasized creation of empowering coaching cultures within organizations. He stated, “Leadership is not just about authority but about empathy, innovation, and sustainable growth.” He further added that the summit symbolizes the university’s commitment to developing leaders equipped to navigate the complexities of the modern world with integrity and foresight.
A highlight of the summit is the Center for Leadership Coaching (CLC) Launch Conference, which will feature dynamic sessions and interactive workshops. These sessions are designed to bring together leaders from over 10 critical sectors, including defense, healthcare, corporate leadership, human resources, financial services, consulting, media, academia, technology, and sustainability. The summit aims to provide participants with practical strategies to foster innovation, enhance resilience, and promote excellence across various industries.
Ms. Payal Jindal Khanna, the convenor of the Summit, emphasized the event’s dual focus. For academia, the summit aspires to develop future leaders who are not only proficient in their skills but also exhibit empathy and vision.
