Shoolini University has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU), Taiwan, to strengthen global research and academic ties. Established in 1954, KMU is renowned for its wide range of medical courses and advanced facilities for both basic and clinical research.
The MoA was signed during a session on academic collaboration in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Agriculture.
Representing Shoolini University, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Coordinator of iHUB Shoolini, and Chief Coordinator of the E-YUVA Centre, also delivered an invited lecture. In his talk, Dr. Kumar highlighted the cutting-edge research being carried out on Himalayan plants and introduced innovative initiatives like iHUB Shoolini and iHUB DivyaSampark, which are promoting research and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Kumar expressed gratitude to Chancellor Prof. P.K. Khosla for his constant support and emphasised that this partnership reflects the visionary goals of Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla. “This MoA will open new doors for research, innovation, and academic exchange, strengthening our global presence and advancing pharmaceutical sciences,” said Dr. Kumar.
The MoA was officially signed during Shoolini leaders’ visit to KMU by Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla and Dr. R.P. Dwivedi, Director of International Relations. Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Professor of AI, was also part of the delegation.
Pro Chancellor Mr. Vishal Anand and President (Innovation) Prof. Ashish Khosla congratulated Dr. Kumar on this important achievement, calling it a milestone in Shoolini’s global academic journey.
