Shoolini University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Institute of Technology PETRONAS, Malaysia. The MOU was by Shoolini University Pro Chancellor Vishal Anand and Prof. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Bin Abdul Mutalib, Vice Chancellor and CEO of Institute of Technology PETRONAS.
Prof Ir Ts Dr Nor Hisham B Hamid, Deputy Vice Chancellor Student Affairs; M Thavasegaran, Director of Corporate Strategic Planning; and Aminur Rashid, Head of Career Services Department, played instrumental roles in formalising this partnership
Under this MOU, both universities have committed to a wide-ranging exchange programmes for faculty and scholars, students, academic information, and materials. This initiative is designed to enrich the research and education at both institutions. The MOU facilitates various collaborative activities for the academic and educational needs of both universities, including the exchange of faculty and scholars, students, collaboration on university ranking activities, the organisation of joint research programmes, and the hosting of conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Pro Chancellor Vishal Anand said, this marks the beginning of an innovative journey towards advancing research and knowledge exchange.
Dr. Rozy Dhanta, Deputy Director International Affairs at Shoolini University, stated, the university is eager to offer several scholarships for students pursuing Masters and Ph.D. programmess. We are also keen to collaborate in the liberal arts and start faculty exchanges to share expertise, she added.
