Shoolini Institute of Life Sciences and Business Management (SILB) celebrated its 19th foundation day on Wednesday. The celebrations started in the morning with the lighting of the lamp and a Havan.
Mrs Saroj Khosla, President SILB, Chancellor Shoolini University Prof PK Khosla and Trustees Mr Satish Anand and Mr Ashok Anand, along with other members of the foundation, participated in celebrations along with Deans, Directors and other dignitaries from Shoolini University. All the faculty and staff of SILB were also present.
Later in the afternoon, cultural activities were also organised in which students of SILB performed Bhangra, Naati, and various other dance forms.
Mrs Saroj Khosla and Director SILB Dr Shalini Sharma congratulated all the students, faculty and staff of SILB on the occasion.
Shoolini Institute of Life Sciences and Business Management was established in the year 2003 and is situated in Solan City. The institute is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The mission of the institute is to motivate students for achieving excellence in scientific and managerial acumen and train human resources for challenging job opportunities in biotechnology and management.
