Politics based on the votes of infiltrators is against national interest, all parties should support SIR.
Shimla.
Speaking at an event in the Shimla parliamentary constituency, BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that the Special Intensive Review (SIR) is an important and necessary process for strengthening and strengthening democracy. He clarified that the Election Commission, an autonomous constitutional body, has been periodically improving election procedures to ensure fair elections. The SIR is not a new process; it has been taking place continuously since independence, and therefore, unnecessary hue and cry over this issue is completely inappropriate.
Dr. Bindal stated that the Republic of India is for Indian citizens, and the Constitution grants voting rights only to Indians. However, over the past four to five decades, millions of foreign nationals who have illegally entered the country have obtained voter ID and Aadhaar cards through fraudulent means. Such individuals are using their voting power to influence elections. The Election Commission is working to address this serious problem through the SIR, which is entirely in the national interest.
He alleged that some political parties are compromising national interests in their pursuit of vote bank interests. Protecting infiltrators, helping them secure votes, and relying on them to win elections is tantamount to treason. Dr. Bindal said that infiltrators exploit India’s wealth and resources, directly violating the rights of Indian citizens.
The BJP State President clarified that the Bharatiya Janata Party, Himachal Pradesh, firmly believes that only authorized Indian citizens should have the right to vote, and that unauthorized individuals should not be allowed to vote under any circumstances. He called on the community to fully cooperate with the SIR process and for all political parties to stand united in support of this campaign in the interests of the state and the nation.
