The fourth day of the seven-day NSS camp at LR Institute of Education was dedicated to sports activities, with enthusiastic participation from volunteers and students.
The day began with a prayer assembly conducted under the leadership of NSS coordinator Megha Thakur, in the presence of Principal Dr Nisha Sharma.
A series of sports events marked the highlight of the day, with finals in badminton and volleyball drawing attention. In the volleyball competition, the second-year team led by captain Rubal secured a convincing victory. The first-year NSS volunteer team, captained by Suhani, also delivered an impressive performance to clinch a win in their category.
In the badminton doubles event, second-year NSS volunteers Shivani and Kanika emerged victorious. In the men’s category, second-year students Geetansh and Sonu showcased excellent coordination and skill to win the title.
The event was successfully organised with the active support of the B.Ed department staff. The fourth day of the camp concluded on a high note, reflecting enthusiasm, discipline, and strong sportsmanship among participants.
