Shoolini University’s Yogananda Centre for Theology (YCT) organised Sri Krishna Janmashtami evening in the campus, that showcased the unwavering devotion and enthusiasm of students from various academic disciplines. The event, marked by a series of spiritually activities.
The celebration started with the devotion to Lord Krishna, symbolised by the ceremonial lighting of lamps. The inaugural session was started by Brigadier Mehta, Director of Operations, and Meenakshi Ahlawat, Faculty of Management Sciences.
Students from diverse backgrounds, including Management, Law, Liberal Arts, Science, and Engineering, actively participated in a variety of programmes that showcased their deep-seated devotion and boundless enthusiasm for Lord Krishna.
Mataki decoration competition was also organised by the students of Creative Studio, with Palak, Suhani, and Monika emerging as the winners.
The evening culminated with a soul-soothing Bhajan Sandhya and Aarti, followed by the distribution of Prasad, creating an atmosphere of divine bliss and unity among all present.
Dr. Supriya Srivastava, Faculty of Management Sciences and Coordinator of Yogananda Centre for Theology, Shoolini University, organized these spiritually enriching activities with the support of Chancellor, Prof. PK Khosla, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla, and Vivek Atray (Ex IAS), Chairman of YCT, Shoolini University.
