State level Sair Mahotsav to be organized on 16, 17 and 18 September – Sanjay Awasthi

Arki MLA Sanjay Awasthi said that the historic state level Sair Festival of Arki sub-division will be organized at Chaugan Ground in Arki on 16, 17 and 18 September, 2025. Sanjay Awasthi was holding a review meeting here today regarding the successful organization of the state level Sair Festival.
Sanjay Awasthi said that the fair will be organised successfully with the coordination of all the departments and local people. He said that cultural evenings will be the main attraction in the three-day fair. State and local artists will be given priority in the cultural evenings.
He directed the sub-divisional magistrate Arki to form various sub-committees soon for the successful organisation of the fair. He also directed the police department to maintain law and order in the fair. He said that various sports competitions will be organised in the fair to help the youth develop their talents and keep them away from addiction.
The MLA said that special attention will be paid to cleanliness, electricity, drinking water and medical facilities in the fair so that no citizen faces any inconvenience. He also instructed the Transport Department to run night bus service to bring passengers and take them to their destination during the fair.
Sanjay Awasthi directed various departments to organize exhibitions during the fair and display the welfare schemes being run by the state government. He said that excellent exhibitions organized in the fair will also be rewarded.
Deputy Commissioner and President of the state level Sair Fair, Manmohan Sharma conducted the proceedings of the meeting.
On this occasion, Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Arki Anuj Gupta, Chairman of Baghal Land Loser Society Jagdish Thakur, Superintendent of Police Solan Gaurav Singh, Sub Divisional Magistrate Arki Nishant Tomar, General Manager Industries Surendra Thakur, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ajay Pathak, Superintending Engineer of Jal Shakti Department Sanjeev Soni, Superintending Engineer of Public Works Department Ajay Sharma and senior officers of various departments were present.
