The hearing in Himachal Pradesh’s controversial Sanjauli Mosque case was held in the Sessions Court on Thursday. Shimla Municipal Corporation filed its reply in the court. During this, the court considered the Sanjauli Mosque case debatable and maintained the stay on the Municipal Corporation Commissioner Court’s orders to demolish the mosque.
Today the court has ordered to continue the stay further. Let us tell you that the Waqf Board has challenged the orders of the Shimla Municipal Corporation Commissioner Court dated May 3, in which the Commissioner Court had declared the entire mosque illegal and ordered the demolition of the three lower floors as well.
