Students of the Environmental Science Department of Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur celebrated World Earth Day. Students visited the plastic waste management plant established in Gram Panchayat Daduhi on the occasion of Earth Day based on the theme ‘Planet vs Plastic’. During this, students gained information about how plastic waste can be prepared for the process of reusing it. Students learned in detail about the plastic waste management plant. During this, Professor Dr. Vaishnav Kiran and Abhinav Jamwal of the Department of Environmental Science and students of the second and fourth semesters were present.
