The Sukhu government has given a big financial blow to thousands of employees of Himachal Pradesh.
According to the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission in 2022, the government had given huge growth (rider) in the salary of the employees, which benefited thousands of employees but the Sukhu government has withdrawn the notification of that rider and ordered to fix the salary from afresh.
With this decision of the government, financial losses from 10 to 20 thousand to thousands of employees will be in the salary of every month. However, according to the notification, the employees who are getting benefits will not be recovered. There is anger among the employees with the government’s decision and the Secretariat Services Employees Organization has demanded a reconsideration of this decision, for which the organization will also meet the Chief Minister on Monday.
