Rahul, Priyanka, Sonia Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge refused to come for the celebration. With this, the Congress party leadership at the Center gave a clear message that the government was able to run the government in Himachal during its two-year tenure, apart from this there is nothing worth mentioning in the name of achievement.
