General category counseling for BTech based on JEE Main today
Hamirpur. The first phase counselling of MCA (Master of Computer Application) will be held on August 8 at Himachal Pradesh Technical University Hamirpur. In the counselling, seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit of Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test. To fill 180 seats of MCA, counselling of candidates of all categories is proposed on the same day. On the second day of the second phase counselling of B.Tech (Direct Entry) on the basis of JEE Main in the Technical University on Wednesday, counselling of candidates applying under ST main category, sub-category, EWS and sub-category of general category was done. In the counselling, seats were allotted to 34 candidates of the above category. The candidates who were allotted seats will have to report to the concerned educational institution by August 11. Apart from this, four seats were allotted in the counselling of M.Tech. Counselling of general category, All India quota and Beti Hai Anmol category is proposed on August 7. At the same time, the second phase counseling for B.Arch will be held on August 8 at Rajiv Gandhi Engineering College, Nagarota Bagwan.
