Hamirpur: Himachal Pradesh Technical University has declared the results of the regular and re-appear semester examinations of Bachelor of Pharmacy. These examinations were conducted by the university during the months of December and January.
According to the university, in the regular semesters of B. Pharmacy, 1,951 students appeared in the first semester, 1,919 in the third semester, 1,762 in the fifth semester and 1,409 in the seventh semester. Out of these, 1,247 students passed in the first semester, 1,468 in the third semester, 1,203 in the fifth semester and 1,044 in the seventh semester.
Apart from this, the results of re-appear examinations from the first to the eighth semester have also been declared. The results of re-appear examinations for the fourth and sixth semesters of B. Pharmacy Ayurveda and the re-appear examinations for the first year of Pharmacy have also been released.
Registrar and Controller of Examinations Anupam Kumar Thakur stated that a total of 10,639 candidates appeared for the regular and re-appear B. Pharmacy semester examinations. Out of these, 7,072 candidates passed while 3,567 will have to re-appear.
The overall pass percentage for both regular and re-appear B. Pharmacy semesters stood at 66.47 percent. Students can check their results on the official website of the Technical University.
