180 seats allotted in counseling of B.Tech direct entry
Hamirpur. The counseling for the vacant seats of B.Tech (Direct Entry) was held on Tuesday in Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur. In the counselling, 180 candidates were allotted seats. Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to report in the concerned educational institutions by 4 pm on August 24, those who will not report in the concerned educational institution within the stipulated time period, that seat will be considered vacant. Dean of Technical University Academic Prof. Jayadev said that the spot counseling of MBA, MCA, MBA Tourism, MTech (CSE), MSc Physics, Environmental Science, Yoga Department will be held on August 23 in the technical university campus. Apart from this, counseling of M.Tech (Civil) Engineering College Sundernagar and spot counseling for M. Pharmacy, BSc HMCT, BHMCT, BBA, BCA will be held on August 23 in the respective educational institutions only. The spot counseling for B.Tech and B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) will be held on August 25. The spot counseling for B.Tech (Lateral Entry) will be held at the technical university campus, while the counseling for B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) will be conducted at the respective educational institutions only, where seats are vacant. Students came to know banking and startup schemes
Hamirpur. Organized awareness program under Self-reliant India campaign at Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur. In the programme, the officials of Punjab National Bank gave detailed information about various schemes related to the bank to the students of B.Tech, MBA department. PNB’s Credit Manager Karn Abrol and Marketing Managers Arpit Sharma and Virendra Singh told important information about banking and startups to the students through dialogue. On the other hand, Prof. Jaidev, Dean, Technical University and Professor Akshay Patial said that the main objective of such programs is to make students aware about the dynamic world of finance and entrepreneurship.
