Second phase counseling of B.Pharmacy completed, all seats of five government colleges filled
Hamirpur. On the second day of the second phase counselling of B Pharmacy (Direct Entry) at Himachal Pradesh Technical University Hamirpur on Monday, counselling of candidates of General Category, All India Quota, EWS, Beti Hai Anmol etc. categories was done on the basis of merit of Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET). In the counselling, seats were allotted to 80 candidates of the above category. The candidates who were allotted seats will have to report to the respective college by August 6. According to the second phase counselling of B Pharmacy, 280 seats of all the government colleges of the state were filled, while some seats are still vacant in 19 private colleges. The second phase counselling of B Tech (Direct Entry) will start on August 5 on the basis of JEE Main. On the first day, candidates of OBC and SC main category and sub category have been called for counselling. On August 6, counselling of ST main category and sub category as well as EWS and general category sub category candidates is proposed. On August 7, counseling for general category, All India quota and Beti Hai Anmol category will be held. At the same time, the first phase of counseling for B.Arch is also proposed on August 5. Counseling for B.Arch will be held at Rajiv Gandhi Engineering College Nagrota Bagwan (Kangra district) campus.
