RTA meeting in Hamirpur on 15th September, vehicle owners should apply by 6th
Hamirpur 21 August. The meeting of the Regional Transport Authority will be held on September 15 at 12 noon at the Regional Transport Office Hamirpur.
Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Ankush Sharma said that the vehicle owners and other concerned persons whose applications are to be considered or decided by the authority should submit their applications along with all the necessary documents to the Regional Transport Officer by September 6. Applications received after this date or incomplete applications will not be included in the meeting of the Regional Transport Authority.
Ankush Sharma said that in matters related to transfer of bus permit and other permits, it will be mandatory for both the parties i.e. buyer and seller to appear before the Regional Transport Authority otherwise no decision will be taken in the matter.
He informed that the allocation of the newly issued Stage Carriage Bus Permit (Tempo Travellers) will be done through lottery. During this process, the presence of the applicant or any other person authorized by him will be mandatory otherwise his application will not be included in the lottery and it will be considered automatically cancelled.
