Hamirpur 11 September
A ten-day training camp started on Thursday at Gramin Swarojgar Training Institute (RSETI) Hamirpur located at Mattan Siddh. In this, women are being trained in mushroom cultivation. Deputy Chief of the Circle Office of Punjab National Bank, Povinder Thakur inaugurated this camp.
Addressing the participating women on this occasion, Povinder Thakur said that in today’s era, instead of running after jobs, if we set up our own enterprise or start a business, then we can provide employment not only to ourselves but also to other people and can also secure the future of the next generation. He said that women can run small enterprises from home along with their daily work. After getting training through RSETI, women should make efforts in this direction.
Earlier, RSETI Director Ajay Katna welcomed the chief guest, other guests, trainers of the training camp and all the participants and gave information about the various activities and achievements of the institute. He informed that training camps are being organised regularly in the institute to motivate and encourage common people for self-employment. The participants of these camps are provided free accommodation and food along with free uniforms, stationery and other necessary materials.
