Under a notification issued by the High Court, transfer orders have been issued for seven Higher Judicial Service officers. District and Sessions Judge Chirag Bhanu Singh has been transferred from Bilaspur to Dharamshala to the same post. Dr. Arvind Malhotra, District and Sessions Judge, has been transferred from Solan to Dharamshala to serve as Principal Judge, Family Court.
District and Sessions Judge Rajiv Bali has been transferred from Dharamshala to the position of Principal Secretary, Law, in the State Government. District and Sessions Judge Sharad Kumar Lagwal has been transferred from the position of Principal Secretary, Law, to Solan as District and Sessions Judge.
Principal Judge of the Family Court, Jyotsna S. Dadhwal has been transferred from Dharamshala to Bilaspur as District and Sessions Judge. Registrar Rules, Aman Sood, has been transferred from the High Court to Mandi as Principal Judge, Family Court. Principal Judge, Family Court, Mandi, Nitin Kumar, has been transferred to the High Court as Registrar.
