The Award of 100 Influential Women Leaders Driving Change in the Legal Ecosystem
It is a matter of pride for the Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla and it is also a great honor for the State of Himachal Pradesh that the Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Dr.) Nishtha Jaswal has been named and conferred honor amongst the top five Leaders in Legal Academics of India. The honor was conferred by BW Business World fortnightly magazine on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2023.
BW Businessworld is among India’s largest and most respected business magazines. Businessworld based in Leeds (UK) is known for its independent incisive writing and opinions, backed by a competent team of professionals.
Previously too the academic and administrative excellence and achieves of Professor (Dr.) Nishtha Jaswal has brought laurels and name to the state. She has been conferred International Extraordinary women Award-2020 by International women’s Club, Switzerland Chapter and DAV Educational Managing Committee conferred Vishisht Samman, the highest award of DAV in April, 2019;; Vii Media Group – New Delhi conferred award of “Women Role Model 2021; All India Conference of Intellectuals conferred award of “Himachal Rattan 2022”.
The Registrar of the University and faculty members congratulated Prof. Jaswal for the achievement and thanked her for keeping name and spirit of HPNLU high.
