Verification of voter lists of Nagar Panchayat Bhoranj till 8 September

Bhoranj 27 August. After giving the status of Nagar Panchayat to the sub-divisional headquarters in Bhoranj, the process of preparing its voter lists and their verification has been started.
SDM and Electoral Registration Officer Shashipal Sharma said that three teams have been formed for the verification of voter lists in all seven wards of Nagar Panchayat Bhoranj. Patwari, Panchayat Secretary, and Booth Level Officer have been included in these teams. These teams will go to their respective wards and verify the voter lists and also do ward wise marking and inform the voters about their ward number. Shashipal Sharma said that this verification process will be completed by 8 September. If even after verification, the name of any eligible voter is left out in the list, then he can go to the SDM office and get his name registered on the basis of the voter list of the State Election Commission.
SDM has also appealed to all the residents of Nagar Panchayat area Bhoranji to cooperate in the verification process of voter lists.
