An FIR was also registered against Director Personnel Shubham Pratap Singh (IAS) on the charge of forcing Vimal Negi to commit suicide. On Wednesday evening, the police registered a supplementary FIR in this case and made Shubham Pratap an accused. Earlier, an FIR was lodged against Power Corporation MD and Director Electric Deshraj Singh.
