Voter awareness campaign conducted under signature campaign in Government College Kandaghat

Under the well-organized Voter Education and Electoral Participation Program (SWEEP), a signature campaign was organized today at Government College Kandaghat in District Solan to create awareness about strengthening democracy by exercising one’s vote in view of the Lok Sabha Elections-2024.
In the signature campaign, Principal Government College Kandaghat Prof. Indira Darroch was specially present. He made students who have completed 18 years of age aware to get registered in the voter list.
On this occasion, a pledge was also given to the eligible voters present to vote in the Lok Sabha elections.
In the program, SVEEP Nodal Officer Hemendra Dutt Sharma, Nodal Officer of the College’s Electoral Literacy Club, Prof. About 100 students including Kamini Negi and staff of the institute were present.
