Every one of us is busy in their lives, jobs, children’s and their responsibilities and somehow we all forget to live happily and healthy. Although we cannot change our lifestyles as these are also important, but can’t we add some things to make it better than worse. - Regular Workout
Regular exercise not only keeps you fit and fine, but also decreases risk of many diseases and early deaths. The daily workout for half an hour or 15 minutes can bring a positive energy to you. Exercising doesn’t mean going to a gym, but signify that you daily do a level walk or ride your bike or cycling or swimming. This will make you active all the day and also bring you towards success.
- Have enough rest.
Sleep is essential for survival and health so one should sleep for 8 hours per day. Sleeping less than 6 hours will have diverse negative effects on our body including heart, lungs and kidneys; appetite, metabolism and weight manage; immune function and illness confrontation; compassion to pain; reaction time; mood; and brain function.
- Have proper diet.
Many times in a hurry, we skip our meals or eat a bread piece with coffee and do not take the diet which is required by our body. Because of such, we many times suffers from the problem of immune system, digestion, acid and many others so to avoid such eat properly as you can. Take vitamins, minerals, everything in your diet to remain healthy.
- Time to get yourself unwind
Take pleasure in the morning walks or indulge in watching your favorite film or cook your favorite food, read your choice book or enjoy with your friends. All this you can do just to make yourself soothe or unwind from the daily routine. This will decrease your stress and make you feel better and blissful.
- Spend your time in doing your favorite work.
Spending your time in doing your favorite work is a great way to find constant from a daily routine. If you are confused with what to do then you can try various things like gardening, potting, painting, photography and cooking. Wish any of it and try once .Might be you fallen in love with it and want to continue further for more thrills.
- Preserve a positive mental attitude.
As all we know life is erratic and involves both hard and soft times. So be positive till everything goes well and when hardships come then try to be positive as it will lower your stress and depression and protect you from the cardiovascular disease and other illness. The positive attitude will also increase your life spans, improves psychological and physical well-being.
