The School of Bioengineering and Food Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences and Biotechnology, organised a one-day hands-on training workshop on advanced analytical instruments, including XRD, FESEM, AFM, and IC-POES. A total of 40 participants attended the workshop.
The key speakers of the workshop were Dr. Rakesh Kumar Mishra, AGM, Applications and Sales, IR Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. and Prof. Sadanand Pandey, Shoolini University, who provided in-depth insights into the principles and applications of these cutting-edge technologies. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical experience, enhancing their technical skills and research capabilities.
The Chief Guest, Prof. Arvind Bhat, former Chairman, Department of Biotechnology, HPU, Shimla, delivered the concluding remarks. He also distributed certificates to the participants, acknowledging their active engagement in the workshop.
This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, fostering advanced research in Biotechnology, Food Technology and other biological fields.
