The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of Chapter-II of the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004 (Act No. 9 of 2004) is pleased to nominate Er. Yashwant Chhajta S/o Lt. Shri Salig Ram Chhajta, Chhajta Heights Sanjauli,Shimla as Vice Chairman of the H.P. Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) with immediate effect.
