The weather will remain bad in Himachal Pradesh till May 13, but the warning of hailstorms is till May 11. After this, it will rain for two days. This kind of alert has been given by the Meteorological Department. On Wednesday, the sun shone at many places in the state, but it also rained at many places. Talking about the capital, Shimla, the weather was fine here till noon, after which there was a spell of rain and in the evening the sun again shone. The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms, rain, and hailstorms in the state till May 11. After this, light rain has been predicted at many places in the state on May 12 and 13 as well. There is a possibility of a further drop in temperature during the said period.
Rain has been recorded at many places in Shimla, Kullu, Mandi and Chamba. In such a situation, the maximum rainfall of 51.4 mm was recorded in Murari Devi, 34.8 in Guler, 36.8 in Sujanpur, 24.1 in Karsog, 23.5 in Neri, 21.0 in Gohar, 19.6 in Dharampur and 11.8 mm in Sundarnagar. Along with the rain, thunderstorms also occurred in Reckong Peo, Narkanda, Dhaula Kuan, Neri, Seobag and Bilaspur. Farmers and gardeners have suffered a lot due to rain and hailstorms.
