In a heartwarming gesture of appreciation, Tanuj Goyal, a 26-year-old advocate and prominent figure at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, was honored today by a small mobile accessories vendor within the court premises. Shubhendra Bhagat, the owner of the booth, presented Goyal with a token of love to express gratitude for his kindness and helping nature.
Hailing from Tohana, a modest town in Fatehabad district, Haryana, Tanuj Goyal has become a beacon of hope and service in his community. Beyond his legal career, Goyal is the founder of the Friends 2 Help Mission organization, which has facilitated over 300,000 free blood donations in emergency situations over the past nine years.
Goyal’s unwavering dedication to humanitarian causes has earned him prestigious recognition, including the United Nations Volunteer Award and honors from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. He has also been appointed as an executive member of the state sub-committee of the Indian Red Cross Society in Haryana.
Furthermore, Goyal’s commitment to public service extends to his role as a brand ambassador for Fatehabad district during the 2019 elections and his involvement with various social initiatives. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the honorary doctorate he received from Belgium for his contributions to human rights advocacy.
