On 12th of April, the Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Department’s club, SYNAPSE conducted INCEPERE at Jaypee University of Information Technology.
This extravagant and memorable event is the merger of two big events, the introduction of new members to the club with a happy face and bidding farewell to the seniors. The event commenced with the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Dean and the HOD addressing the students with their profound words.
The raw emotion of the music all came together to create an unforgettable experience as there were some standout performances including a heart-warming duet, a solo that had everyone humming to the tunes.
The event had some dance performances that had the audience grooving as the B.Tech and MSc students performed a fun and energetic dance routine.
Well who doesn’t love to imitate their teachers and turn real life incidents into an act of fun and frolic. The event’s highlight, the skit, where, the students did a great job of imitating their teachers and had everyone laughing from start to finish. There is something magical about hearing a soothing poem on friendship as the final performance of the evening concluded with a heartfelt self penned poem by the passing out president and the new president elect as they bid adieu to the 4th year.
After all these brilliant performances, the time had arrived for the most eagerly awaited part of the evening Certificates were presented to the immediate past council members as a recognition of their efforts and contributions. The faculty coordinators of Synapse Dr Hemant Sood and Dr. Tirath Raj Singh addressed the students about Synapse and recited a sarcastic poem respectively The closing of the event was met with a powerful and patriotic feeling as the National Anthem was sung in the end of the event. One cannot forget the positivity that was present that day, which just serves to remind everyone of the power of working together in a team. To sum up, it can be said that the event was a major success and managed to produce an unforgettable memory for everyone present.
