Shimla, March 27
The Himachal Pradesh Government has promoted Ms Manjula Kumari, currently serving as Deputy Director in the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department, to the post of Joint Director (Group-A).
According to an official notification issued by the Department of Information & Public Relations, the promotion has been made on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee under the HPCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022. She has been placed in Level-21 pay scale and the आदेश will take effect immediately.
Following her promotion, Manjula Kumari has also been posted in the Directorate of Information and Public Relations against an existing vacancy in public interest.
The notification further directs her to exercise the option for pay fixation within one month under FR-22 provisions and to join her new assignment within 10 days from the issuance of the order, submitting her joining report through proper channel.
The order was issued by Rakesh Kanwar, Secretary (I&PR) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
