During the monsoon season, the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation has chosen to offer a 20–40% discount at its hotels. All the corporation’s hotels will provide this discount, except the Hamir Hotel, Willy Park, Champak, Hotel Suket, The Spiti in Kaza, Kinnar Kailash in Kalpa, and Hotel Chandrabhaga in Keylong.
The period of this discount’s availability is July 15–September 12. Up to 60% of the hotels owned by the firm are occupied in June, which marks the end of summer. The corporation’s hotels across the majority of the state, including Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Kasauli, and Chamba, will provide discounts. All the hotels’ rates and other details will be accessible on the Tourism Corporation’s website.
According to Dr. Rajiv Kumar, the Corporation’s managing director, travelers can take advantage of a 20–40% discount on reservations through September 12. There won’t be any discounts at Hotel Iravati in Champak from July 27 to August 3 during Minjar Fair, or at Hotel Gaurikund in Bharmour from August 11 to September 1 during Manimahesh Yatra.
Rose Common in Kasauli, Hotel Hatu, Chail Palace and Annex in Narkanda, The Golf Glade in Naldehra, Hotel Manimahesh, Geetanjali in Dalhousie, and Hotel Apple Blossom in Fagu would all receive discounts of up to 40%, he added. Hotel Baghal, Bushahr Regency in Rampur, Tourist Inn in Rewalsar, Hotel Silvermoon and Sarvari in Kullu, Hotel Shrikhand in Sarahan, Hotel Rohtang Manalsu in Manali, and Chanshal in Rohru will all receive a 20% discount.
