Shimla, June 21
On Friday, International Yoga Day was celebrated around the world. At APG Shimla University, teachers and students gathered to practice yoga together. The Pro Chancellor of APG Shimla University, Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan, also participated in the yoga program.
The yoga session was organized on the university campus by the School of Media and Mass Communication Department. The Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Dr. Ashwani Sharma, along with students from the department, were also present. Prof. Dr. Ramesh Chauhan and Prof. Dr. Ashwani Sharma extended their greetings for International Yoga Day to all the teachers and students. They inspired the students by emphasizing that practicing yoga can enhance their lives, increase concentration, and lead to success. They also highlighted the importance of yoga in building a healthy society.
