Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Solan is proud to announce the academic accomplishments of five of its distinguished alumni in the field of Chemical and Biological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SD Mines), USA.
Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
Three alumni – Chirag, Ishika, and Rimjhim – have successfully completed their Master of Science (MS) degrees, while Payal and Priya have earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees. All five students began their academic journey at JUIT as B.Tech. Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics students and have since made remarkable strides in their higher education.
Their graduate studies at SD Mines were supported through research stipends, generously provided under the mentorship of Dr. Rajesh Sani, a leading researcher in the field of microbial engineering and sustainable biotechnology.
These achievements reflect the academic excellence and global potential nurtured at JUIT, highlighting the university’s continued commitment to enabling international opportunities for its students.
