The annual cultural festival Le Festus 2026 at Jaypee University of Information Technology concluded on a high note after three days of vibrant celebrations, artistic brilliance, and high-energy performances from April 24 to 26, 2026. Hosted at JUIT Campus 3, the festival brought together students, artists, and performers from across the region, establishing itself as one of the most dynamic campus cultural events in North India.
Organized in collaboration with EveAnts, the festival featured an eclectic mix of music, literature, dance, fashion, and competitive events, offering a comprehensive platform for creative expression and talent showcase.
The grand finale on April 26 witnessed electrifying performances by renowned Punjabi artist Simar Kaur, entertainer Rajat Chauhan, and DJ sensation DJ Ana, drawing the largest audience turnout of the festival. Earlier, April 25 featured a spectacular Bollywood night led by acclaimed singer Anuj Sharma, alongside an engaging Kavi Sammelan that celebrated literary excellence.
The festival commenced on April 24 with energetic performances by emerging artists and an engaging DJ set by DJ Tuhina, setting the tone for the days ahead. The momentum continued with performances by DJ Kikie and multiple student bands, showcasing diverse musical talent.
Le Festus 2026 also highlighted regional culture through a captivating Himachali Nati folk dance performance and featured cultural showcases such as Harmony of the Pines, reflecting the spirit of the Himalayan region. The University Band Competition (UBC), semi-classical performances, and a fashion ramp walk added further depth and diversity to the festival.
Speaking on the occasion, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. R. K. Sharma, remarked:
“Le Festus 2026 is a shining example of the creative energy and organizational excellence of our students. Such platforms are essential for nurturing holistic development, where academic rigor is complemented by cultural expression, innovation, and teamwork.”
He further added:
“At JUIT, we strongly believe that education extends beyond classrooms. Events like Le Festus not only celebrate talent but also build confidence, leadership, and a sense of community among students. I congratulate all organizers and participants for making this festival a grand success.”
