A painful road accident occurred in Theog sub-division of Shimla district late on Tuesday evening. The accident was so terrible that a young man died on the spot in the road accident. While the other one is seriously injured and after giving first aid at Civil Hospital Theog, the doctors have referred him to IGMC Shimla.
According to the information, the incident is said to have happened around 5:00 pm on Tuesday. When a Himachal number HP 07D 0272 car met with an accident near Nayagaon and rolled down the link road from the main road. According to the information received, two people were traveling in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Out of which one person died on the spot while the other person was seriously injured, who after first aid at Civil Hospital Udyog, has been referred to IGMC Shimla in view of the criticality of the condition of the injured.
The deceased has been identified as Suresh Kumar, son of Moza Chamech, resident of Motiram. While the injured person has been identified as Buddhiram son of Lachchu Ram, resident of Moza Chamech. At present the reasons for the accident are not known. Police have been informed about the incident. Postmortem of the deceased is being conducted at Civil Hospital, Theog. The body will be handed over to the relatives after post-mortem.
