The 29th State-Level KorfBall Championship, held at Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Domehar, Arki, concluded with great zeal. The event witnessed participation from 250 students across the state, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.
The chief guest at the closing ceremony was Prof. P K Khosla, Chancellor, Shoolini University, Solan, along with Mrs. Saroj Khosla, President of SILB Institute, Solan, who was the Guest of Honour.
Addressing the gathering of students, teachers, and parents, Prof. Khosla emphasised the importance of hard work, sincerity, and honesty in life. He also shared the inspiring story of Shoolini University, which was met with applause and admiration from the audience. Prof. Khosla later distributed prizes to the winners and other participants, commending their efforts and determination.
This visit was part of Shoolini University’s outreach initiatives, facilitated by Mr. C.M. Sharma, Advisor for Outreach. The visit was further supported by Mr. K.R. Sweta, Assistant Registrar, and Mr. N.D. Sharma, Private Secretary to the Chancellor, who accompanied Prof. Khosla during the event.
