A seven-day special National Service Scheme (NSS) camp was inaugurated on Tuesday at the Government Senior Secondary School, Bat. The camp is being organized with the aim of developing a sense of service, discipline, and social responsibility among the students.
School Principal Hussain Shah attended as the chief guest. Addressing the NSS volunteers, he encouraged them to fulfill their responsibilities to society with a spirit of service. He said that NSS provides students with an opportunity to develop a sense of social service, as well as leadership, discipline, cooperation, and responsibility.
The Principal urged the NSS volunteers to embrace selfless service and dedication in their lives. He urged them to maintain discipline and actively participate in all activities during the camp.
Program in-charge Anita Nayyar thanked the chief guest and other staff members present. She encouraged the NSS volunteers to maintain discipline and actively participate in the camp’s various activities. She stated that during the seven-day camp, the volunteers would participate in various social service and awareness activities.
Teachers, staff and NSS volunteers of the school were present on this occasion.
