Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, along with his wife Smt. Kamlesh Thakur today paid obeisance at Tara Devi Temple in Shimla on the occasion of Shardiya Navratri and prayed for the well-being and prosperity of the state and its people.
He also visited the temple complex and gave necessary directions for its further improvement. The Chief Minister announced Rs. 50 Lakh for widening and improving the Tara Devi road and said that more basic amenities and infrastructure will be developed here to facilitate the pilgrims at large.
Principal Advisor (Media) Naresh Chauhan, Political Advisor Suneel Sharma, Advocate General Anoop Rattan, OSD Ritesh Kapret, Chairman HP Cooperative Bank, Devender Shyam, Former MLA Harbhajan Singh Bhajji, Advisor Infrastructure, Anil Kapil and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion amongst others.
