Minister in the former government, MLA and senior BJP leader Sukhram Chaudhary, while replying to Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, said that the Deputy Chief Minister was speaking less about his department and more about former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur.
It seems that he is having dreams about the Leader of Opposition day and night.
Somewhere we can also term it as Jairam phobia. Sukhram said that the drivers and conductors of HRTC have opened a front against the state government, but Mukesh Agnihotri is silent on it; he should have addressed this important issue too. A few days ago, the Driver and Conductor Union had accused CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu of lying about employee issues, but the Deputy CM remained silent on that too. Due to mismanagement in the state, HRTC drivers and conductors are not being paid night allowance, dearness allowance, and arrears of the new pay scale; for this, these employees have protested earlier also. On October 12 last year, CM assured them of financial benefits, but they are not being given financial benefits.
HRTC Employees Union claims that the government owes them Rs 130 crore. He said that the government and the deputy chief minister are constantly seen running away from the real issues. Wherever the people of the state or the employees raise their issues before the government, then the government and its ministers try to divert and run away from the core issues.
